The Role of #Cyber in War. Is It Rising or Falling?

The war in Ukraine is multi-domain, which means that each side conducts activities in many areas. Cyberspace is no exception here – cyberattacks are part of the landscape past our eastern border and beyond. In Poland, we also note an increase in the number of hostile campaigns aimed at the infrastructure our country. However, despite the high activity on the network and the ongoing cyber operations, no serious incident that would have a strategic impact on the course of events has been recorded since the beginning of the Russian invasion. And yet such a scenario was drawn before the memorable February 24 last year. Is there a change in the approach to cyber in wars and conflicts? How important is the cyber domain today?
