Information on personal data processing

Please be advised that in connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018, of the Regulations of the European Parliament and RUE 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) the administrator of your data is DEFENCE24 Sp. z o. o. (hereinafter: DEFENCE24) with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Foksal 18, 00-372 Warszawa, registered in the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000427851, NIP 1132857583, REGON: 146224999. Your personal data, specifically names and surnames, data related to the place of work and function, telephone number and contact e-mail will be processed: – for the purpose of registering the application for an event organized by DEFENCE24, and in the case of qualification, in order to organize the event, to provide you with logistic services and provide you with current information – the legal basis is the performance of the contract to which the data subject is a party (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), and to the extent that the provision of data is optional – on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR; – in order to send you marketing content by DEFENCE24; the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), the legitimate interest of the controller is directing marketing content to you by phone or e-mail, including in the form of a newsletter, depending on which way of communication you have given consent to. In the scope of data processing for the purpose of directing marketing content in terms of strategic partners of the conference, the list of which is updated at internet cyber24day.pl, the legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR); – in order to establishing or pursuing potential claims or defending against such claims by DEFENCE24 – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of DEFENCE24 (Article 6 (1) (f) of GDPR), the legitimate interest of DEFENCE24 is to enable the establishment, investigation or defence against claims. Your personal data may be transferred to selected partners of the event, entities processing personal data on behalf of the administrator, e.g., IT service providers, service companies (e.g., transport), hotels, entities providing accounting services with whom the controller has concluded relevant contracts, as well as printing houses to prepare conference materials and postal operators / couriers for possible delivery of documents. Whenever your data is transferred outside the EEA to other entities, DEFENCE24 will put in place appropriate safeguards to ensure that such transfer is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection rules. Your personal data processed in connection with the organization of the conference will be processed for the time necessary to organize and conduct the event. The processing period may be extended each time by the limitation period for claims, if the processing of your personal data is necessary to establish or pursue any claims or defend against such claims by DEFENCE24. After this period, the data shall be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law. If you have given consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, the data shall be processed until the consent is withdrawn or an objection to the data processing is raised. You shall have the right to: access the data and request rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, the right to transfer data and the right to object to data processing. Each of the expressed consents may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. For evidence purposes, DEFENCE24 asks you to withdraw consents in writing or electronically. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. Provision of data (apart from the date and place of birth, gender information and passport details) is required by DEFENCE24 in order to register you for the event and the possible implementation of certain services, i.e., accommodation, transport from the airport. The consequence of not providing data will result with the inability to enable participation in the event. Providing other data is required in order to book air transport for events. The consequence of not providing the data will result with the inability to purchase an air ticket by DEFENCE24.
