Cybersecurity systems architect, expert in the field of continuity into military and civilian ICT systems. Specialist in the use of quantum technologies and postquantum encryption methods. Practitioner in the field of planning, operating and protection sensitive data and transmission systems, including needs of military missions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya.

- Director of the Cybersecurity Department, plenipotentiary of the Minister of Digital Affairs
for cybersecurity;
- Director of the Armaments Policy Department MoND;
- Director Operation of the NATO Communication Services Agency (NCSA);
- Chief of Staff/Deputy Commander NATO CIS Group;
- Director of the Information and Telecommunication Department of MoND;
- Head of the Communication and Information Division of General Staff PAF;
- long-time representative of PAF into Working Group National Technical Experts of Telecommunication (WGNTE/COM) NATO HQ.
