Digital Economy and the Challenges of KSC, NIS2, GDPR (RODO)
Poland is not a lonely island – as a state we must function in the EU legal order. It is worth considering the challenges related to the implementation of the NIS2 regulations, but also the long battle for the amendment of the act on the national cybersecurity system. We will also look at how the GDPR (RODO) regulations work in practice in Poland. What regulations are necessary to improve our level of cybersecurity?
