Dr. of philiosophy in law, graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the University of Warwick (Ph.D.), since 2017 an expert on the digital economy at the Polish Confederation Lewiatan, gained professional experience working, among others, at the Ministry of Development and the Ministry of Digitalisation (proceedings before the Court of Justice of the EU), passionate about new technologies, from 2021 to 2023 a member of the Digital Council advising the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
