Tomasz Zdzikot, legal counselor, university lecturer, member of the Security and Defense Council and the Strategic Development Projects Council to the President of the Republic of Poland.
He is a graduate of, among others, the MBA in Cyber Security at the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw and the Postgraduate Studies in Cyber Security at the Faculty of Command and Maritime Operations of the Naval Academy in Gdynia. He also received training at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence in Tallinn, among others.
From 2015 to 2018 Undersecretary of State and then Secretary of State at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration and Government Plenipotentiary for the Preparation of State Administration Bodies for Cooperation with the Schengen Information System and the Visa Information System. From January 2018 to April 2020. Secretary of State at the Ministry of Defense, also serving as the Ministry of Defense Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity. Among other things, he was responsible for the creation and implementation of the CYBER.MIL.PL program. From April 2020 to August 2022, he was President of the Management Board of the Polish Postal Service. From September 2022, he was Vice President of the Management Board for Development of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. From October 2022 to February 2024, he served as Chairman of the Management Board of KGHM. He was also Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EXATEL S.A.
