Legal advisor, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the UKSW and doctoral studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He completed MBA studies in the field of cyber security at the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw, and also studies in the management of cybersecurity and digital services as well as postgraduate studies in cyber security at the Department of Command and Naval Academy of the Naval Academy in Gdynia. He also completed the TOP Public Executive program organized by Iese Business School in Barcelona and the National School of Public Administration and a higher defense course at the National Defense Academy. He also trained, among others at NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Center of Excellence in Tallinn.
In the years 2015-2018, the Undersecretary of State, and then the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Interior and Administration and the Government Plenipotentiary for the preparation of state administration bodies to cooperate with the Schengen information system and the visa information system. From January 2018 to April 2020, the Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defense, also acting as the Ministry of National Defense Plenipotentiary for Cyberspace. He answered, among others for creating and implementing a comprehensive program cyber.mil.pl. From April 2020 to August 2022, he was the president of the Board of Poczta Polska SA from September 2022. He was the Vice President of the Board for the Development of KGHM Polska Miedź SA from October 2022 to February 2024. He was the president of the KGHM board. He was also the deputy chairman of the supervisory board of Exatel SA from November 2021 to December 2023. He was the chairman of the Social Advisors Team of the Minister of National Defense for cyber security.
In December 2021, the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, appointed by the President of the Republic of Poland, as part of the Security and Defense Council as part of the National Development Council, and in July 2024 also to the Council for Strategic Development Projects.
