A graduate of the University of Oslo, for more than a decade he has been involved in the new technology industry and its application to society and economic development. He has extensive experience in shaping the ICT ecosystem in Poland - he worked for many years at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, where he co-created projects supporting digitization, ICT market development and dialogue between public administration and the private sector.

He currently serves as an ICT expert at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), where he is responsible for supporting the international expansion of Polish companies in the ICT, AI, cyber security, blockchain and digital technology sectors. In his work, he focuses on promoting Polish engineering thought and innovative technological solutions in the world's most important markets - from Europe and Scandinavia to the Middle East, North America and Asia.

He is a promoter of strategic international cooperation in the field of digitization and new technologies. He is actively involved in projects that demonstrate how ICT and digital solutions can strengthen the resilience of societies, support regions in crisis, and respond to the challenges of digital transformation and security in a rapidly changing world.

Privately a dad of two sons, Anthony and Maks. Passionate about technology and the creative use of innovation to serve people.
