Deputy Commander of the Polish Cyber Command

A proponent of implementing breakthrough technologies in cybersecurity and proactive decision support systems to gain decision-making advantage. Determined and inquisitive, with strong communication skills. At the Polish Cyber Command, he is responsible for tasks related to the cyber division.

He has actively participated in task force and working group meetings at both national and international levels. He has taken part in numerous national and international exercises, and has organized and lectured at communications workshops for Partnership for Peace (PfP) and MEDITERRANEAN DIALOGUE maritime countries, as well as at the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany.

He has also led projects and investments focused on the development of maritime command systems, demonstrating strong commitment. He has implemented national and allied solutions including the Maritime Command Communication Information System (MCCIS), the Automated Command System of the Navy "ŁEBA", the Pomeranian Telecommunications Bus, Broadcast, MRL and Ship Shore (BRASS) Polska, and Ship Shore Ship Buffer (SSSB).
