Can new legal frameworks for the digital market, such as the EU regulations (Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act and Artificial Intelligence Act) restore balance and protect citizens? Or maybe they will only contribute to limiting the innovativeness of Europe, which will continue to be overtaken by global rivals?
