Attorney, partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm, with which he has been cooperating since 2006. He specializes in financial services regulation, primarily banking and payment services. He is one of the main advisors to the Polish Bank Association on payment services, including issues related to unauthorized transactions and counteracting fraudulent transactions. He has been individually recognized in international legal rankings (Band 1 in Chambers Fintech Legal, Band 2 in Chambers Banking & Finance: Regulatory, Next Generation Partner in Legal500, and Raising Star Partner in IFLR1000). In 2024, he received the Nicolaus Copernicus Medal from the Polish Bank Association for his outstanding contribution to the development of the banking sector. Co-author of the largest commentary on the Payment Services Act on the Polish market (C.H.Beck 2024).
