Tomasz Chłoń has been involved in the diplomatic service for more than thirty years. He served as Poland's ambassador to Estonia and Slovakia. He headed the United Nations System Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked at the Permanent Representation of Poland to NATO. He was Director of the NATO Information Office in Moscow, directing it from NATO Headquarters in Brussels. He is a researcher at PORT - Polish Centre for Technology Development.
