A graduate of Rzeszów University of Technology in Computer Science and Wrocław University of Technology in Telecommunications. He is the author of the concept of the Municipal ICT Network, based on wireless data transmission systems, which forms the basis for the implementation of many SmartCity projects in Rzeszów.

Recently, he successfully supervised and coordinated the implementation of the project to build and launch the Cybersecurity Operations Centre (SOC), which is key to protecting residents' data and the cybersecurity of urban infrastructure.
