An ICT expert with 25 years of experience in the financial sector gained at the National Bank of Poland. He specialises in network infrastructure, security and telecommunications systems. He participated in the implementation of an integrated accounting system and the development of high-availability solutions for strategic systems. He has carried out innovative projects on a global scale and supervised digital transformation. Recently, he was responsible for supervising the development of applications supporting payment systems.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, completed an MBA at Kozminski University, postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, and postgraduate studies in ‘CYBER SCIENCE – Tokenisation and Automation of Processes in the Digital Economy’ at the University of Silesia. He also completed postgraduate studies in Management Information Systems (General) at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Head of postgraduate studies in ‘Cybersecurity Specialist in the Public Sector’ at the University of Management and Banking in Krakow.
