Chief Architect for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region in the global team Security Service Line at Microsoft. Graduate of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw - Faculty of Cybernetics, Specialization: Real-Time Operating Systems. From 1994 served in the Research and Development Division of the Communications and Information Security Bureau of the Office of State Protection (UOP). From 1998 to 2006, Deputy Director of the Communications and Information Security Bureau of the UOP, and then Deputy Director of the INFOSEC Department of the Internal Security Agency (ABW). 1998-2008 - representing Poland in NATO INFOSEC/Information Assurance Sub-Committee (SC/4). In 2006, delegated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration to perform a role of National Project Manager for the inclusion of public administration in the Schengen Information System and the Visa Information System, in result Poland joined Schengen zone on December 21, 2007. 2008-2018 - Director of the Public Safety, National Security and Defense Sector in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) Region in Microsoft. 2018-2021 - Director of the Cybersecurity Department at the Ministry of Digital Affairs and then Chancellery of the Prime Minister - e.g., responsible for development of the National Cybersecurity System; development and implementation of the National Cybersecurity Strategy; development of the National Cybersecurity Standards – e.g., Cybersecurity Standards for Cloud Computing in Public Sector; supervision of Qualified Trust Service Providers – European QTSPs eIDAS; building and coordinating the National Cybersecurity Certification System.
Since 2010 Member of the Board of the Cybersecurity Foundation.
Since 2020 Member of the Consultation Board of the Maritime Cybersecurity Center – Think Tank in the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia
