Rafal Mrówka, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Management Theory at the Warsaw School of Economics, where his research interests include business leadership, corporate social responsibility, analysis of modern organization models and digital transformation, employee satisfaction and engagement research, and public relations. He is also Director of the Office of MBA Programs at SGH, head of the MBA-SGH program (the Executive MBA program at SGH in Polish, according to rankings one of the best of its kind in Poland) and head of the new MBA for Startups - SGH Online for Entrepreneurs program organized jointly with Kulczyk Investments.
