PhD Eng. Jerzy Kosiński – the professor of the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia. Since 2020 he is the chief of the Maritime Cybersecurity Center. Until 2018 he served in the Police (last position – Vice-Rector of the Polish Police Academy), dealing with cybercrime, digital evidence, internet OSInt and infringements of intellectual property on the Internet. The organizer of cyclical international conferences „Technical aspects of ICT crime” (20 editions), which next changed their name to „ICT crime XXI” (6 editions). Author of many publications and speeches at conferences in the field of his scientific specialty. He is a witness expert in the field of computer crime and payment cards from the list of the District Court in Olsztyn. He also conducted trainings in the field of cybercrime and digital forensics for the services of other countries (including Armenia, China, Moldova).
