Director of the Centre for Shared IT Services in Olsztyn (CIUWO), a unit providing IT, telecommunications and expert services in the field of information security, including personal data protection and cyber security, as well as public procurement for over 100 organisational units of the Municipality of Olsztyn. He supervises the provision of services by CIUWO in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 20000 standard and prepares for certification of compliance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001 and PN-EN ISO 22301 standards. Currently, the main areas of involvement are process identification, IT/ICT service standardisation and digital transformation, building resilience and maintaining business continuity in the units served, as well as obtaining external funds for implementations in the above-mentioned areas.
