Expert in the field of research on information confrontations; security analyst specialising in asymmetric and hybrid threats; practitioner of the integration and development of new technologies in national security – particularly in the informational and cognitive domains. On the Advisory Council for International Disinformation Resilience at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he is responsible for coordinating the work of the Science Team, bringing together research communities, public administration, and civil society to develop recommendations and undertake actions to strengthen the informational strength and resilience of the state. He represents a generation of young researchers in information warfare, educates on awareness of information threats, and develops methodologies enabling better recognition, modelling, and counteraction of harmful phenomena in the informational and cognitive spheres. In recent years, he has studied and applied the potential of artificial intelligence – including small and large language models – to automate analytical and decision-making processes, particularly in the area of detecting, reporting, and countering FIMI (Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference). Co-founder and president of the Institute of Socio-Political Technologies “Kybernetes”, where he conducts research and development work on a systemic approach to modelling actors, interest structures, and vectors of influence in information confrontations. Graduate of the Faculty of Political Science and Security Studies at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
