Previously, Chancellor of the Warsaw University of Technology for Development, Chancellor of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, and Director of several departments at the Ministry of Science and Information Technology. Responsible for preparing the system for the implementation of structural funds in the science and information technology sector. He managed IT and construction investments worth several billion zlotys. His professional interests focused on instruments supporting synergy between the science sector and implementations in the advanced enterprise sector, as well as cybersecurity at both the software and hardware levels.
