Marco Addino is the Accenture Managing Director responsible for the Aerospace, Defense and High-Tech markets in the ICEG (Italy, Central Europe and Greece) region. During his nearly 20 years career at Accenture, Marco has held a variety of leadership roles, including serving as the practice lead for Supply Chain and Operations and Sales managing director for Comms, Media and High-Tech businesses. Marco has worked as transformation architect for multiple European clients in the A&D, High Tech, Industrial Products and Comms & Media industries. His main areas of expertise are around high complexity products engineering, supply chain & operations, customer support & services, digital & technology transformation, organizational design, post-merger integration and platform business models design and deployment.Marco is passionate about music, food and mountaineering; he is married with Laura, and they have three daughters Benedetta, Chiara and Celeste.
