Graduate of the Military University of Technology in Cybernetics and postgraduate studies in information security management at the National Defence Academy. IT systems auditor (CISA - Certified Information Systems Auditor; ISO 27001:2005 internal auditor), specialist in Prince2, M_o_R (Management of Risk) and AGILE project management, and TOGAF enterprise architecture.

Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been involved in technical support, development and maintenance of ICT systems at the Ministry of National Defence, holding successive positions from technician and engineer to JW GROM. Focused on improving the efficiency and security of ICT systems. He has experience in organising and securing communications in Poland and abroad, carried out as part of the Polish Military Contingent - JW GROM. He has been awarded, among others, the US Department of Defence's Defence Meritorious Service Medal, three Non-Article 5 NATO Medals, and three Afghanistan Stars.

He has held the positions of Chief Specialist, Implementation Director, Technical Director, and Expert in R&D projects.
