Polish entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor with nearly 30 years of experience in the fields of digital technologies and finance.
He has held leadership roles both as CEO of private ICT companies and as a senior public official in government administration. He was the first-ever representative of Poland to be invited to a G20 Digital Ministers Meeting. For his contributions, he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, he served as a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford from 2017 to 2020 and, since 2024, has held the position of Senior Associate Member and Senior Expert at the university’s Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security (ACE-CSR). Since August 2022, he has been a member of the UN High-Level Advisory Body on Digital Cooperation (IGF). He is also a long-time expert for the Business Centre Club (BCC) and a member of the mentors and experts team of NATO DIANA.
From 2020 to 2022, he served as President of the Management Board of the VC co-investment fund NIF ASI S.A. From 2022 to 2024, he was Vice President of the Management Board and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at PKO TFI S.A.—part of PKO Bank Polski, the largest bank in Poland—where he was responsible for digital transformation, cybersecurity, and digital business initiatives.
