Graduate of the Military University of Technology, Warsaw University of Technology and Doctoral Studies at the Kozminski University. In his history, director of the IT and Telecommunications Office of Polish Radio S.A., director of the Department of State Infrastructure in the Ministry of Digital Affairs, director of the IT Department in the Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw. Currently, he works as director of the IT and Security Department in the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. Lecturer at the Cyber Security Training Centre of Excellence and at the Warsaw School of Computer Science.
