Minister of Digital Affairs

Manager, entrepreneur and local government official with extensive experience in the field of digitization.

Between 2018 and 2020, he was Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Health, responsible for the informatization of the health sector, including, among other things, overseeing the Center for Health Information Systems. During his tenure, projects such as the Internet Patient Account, e-prescription and e-prescribing were successfully implemented.

Since April 2021, he has served as vice chairman of the Digitization Council. Its members support the Committee of the Council of Ministers on Digitization, among others, with their knowledge and experience. The Council provides opinions on strategic and other documents related to digitization, connectivity and information society development.

In 2021-2023, he served as Secretary of State for Digitization in the Prime Minister's Office. He carried out tasks assigned by the minister responsible for informatization and substantively supervised their implementation. At the same time, he held the position of government plenipotentiary for cyber security. He coordinated projects related to cyber security and implemented government policy in this regard.

In April 2023, he was appointed Minister of Digital Affairs.
