For over 25 years, he has been promoting the idea that cybersecurity management can be simple. During this time, he has co-created a number of teams providing information system security services, completed projects for dozens of organisations, and co-created solutions used to provide advanced cybersecurity services.

He combines extensive professional experience gained in international corporations and key service operators with science. He is the deputy director of the Maritime Cybersecurity Centre, a think tank created at the Naval Academy in Gdynia, an academic lecturer and the head of the Executive MBA programme ‘Cybersecurity and Digital Services Management’. He is the editor-in-chief of the scientific journal ‘Cybersecurity and Cybercrime’ and author of the book ‘Cybersecurity Management: Employees, Processes, Technologies,’ named by PTI as ‘the best Polish IT book of 2025.’ As a consultant, he supports important organisations with his knowledge and experience. He holds numerous professional certifications, including CISM, CISSP and CISA.
