He specialises in new technology law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

For over 14 years, he worked at IBM, where he was head of the legal department of the Polish branch, leader of the legal team for the CEE region, and vice-president of the Polish branch for operations. He also held management positions at Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (currently Orange) and Poczta Polska S.A. For over 6 years, he was associated with the international law firm CMS, including as a partner responsible for the telecommunications area.

He has served on the supervisory boards of companies such as Emitel, Wirtualna Polska, KGHM and PKP PLK. He is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of GPW DAI S.A. and FIXMAP Sp. z o.o. DESA S.A. He also sits on the Board of Trustees and the International Advisory Board of Kozminski University.
