She has been involved with the Digital University Foundation since its inception. For many years, she developed and implemented educational activities in the area of new technologies, and today she leads the entire foundation. She is the author of Success University, a year-long educational programme supporting young women from orphanages and disadvantaged families in acquiring an attractive profession of the future. She initiated the Be.Eco and Be.Net programmes - projects aimed at teachers and improving their knowledge of ecology and online safety. She is an ambassador of the initiative ‘We Design the Future. Education’ initiative and represents the Digital University Foundation on two committees at the Economic Development Office of the City of Warsaw - the Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee for Entrepreneurship and the Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee for Digitalisation. For their activities, together with the founder of the Foundation, they were awarded in the 14th edition of the Businesswoman of the Year competition in the category of Counteracting Digital Exclusion.

In addition to her work at the Digital University Foundation, Ela willingly engages in initiatives of other organisations, sharing her knowledge and experience. Privately, she is a happy mother of Kuba and Grzesiek.

She is a social psychologist by training. She has over 20 years of experience in sales, HR, training and event organisation.
