Dorota Głowacka - lawyer at Panoptykon Foundation, a digital rights organisation based in Warsaw, Poland, responsible for strategic litigation and advocacy activities in the area of platform regulation. Previously she worked for the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, coordinating the ‘Observatory of Media Freedom in Poland’ project focused on freedom of expression and supporting journalists. She is about to finalise her PhD at the Law Faculty of the University of Lodz, Poland and has been working for several years as an independent consultant in research and educational projects run by the Council of Europe and various EU institutions.
