A recognized expert in cryptology, known for his analytical mindset and high level of professionalism. In January 2022, he was appointed by the Minister of National Defence as the Plenipotentiary for the development of an integrated communications and IT system. At the Polish Cyber Command, he is responsible for tasks related to the crypto division.

He represents Poland in international working groups and participated in the installation of the first NATO cryptographic devices in the Polish Armed Forces, as well as in the implementation of a comprehensive cryptographic security system aligned with NATO standards. He co-organized the system for evaluating IT (cryptographic) security solutions and contributed to the assessment of national products within this framework.

He serves as an expert on the Information Assurance and Cyber Defense CaP/4 panel, contributing to the planning and strategic management of cybersecurity within the North Atlantic Alliance.
