Graduate of the Military University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics (2000), National Defence University (2015) and, among others, the Captain Career Course in the United States. Member of NATO working groups on electronic warfare and air platform survivability. He was involved in the implementation of electronic warfare and ELINT systems, as well as issues related to the organisation of reconnaissance and command systems at both the tactical and operational levels.

He participated in the PKW Afghanistan IV Mission. He took part in all editions of the Anakonda exercise.
