Since the year 2000, when he defended his master thesis "Crimes and Offenses Committed Through the use of the Internet" in Law Department at the University of Łódź, he has been refining his knowledge, conducting demanding cases in the field of economic crime and combating cybercrime. This led him to the National Police Headquarters, where he was promoted to the Head of the Reconnaissance Department in the Cybercrime Bureau. In the meantime, he completed an NCFTA internship with the FBI in Pittsburgh in 2016.
Since 2018, he has been associated with the Ministry of National Defence, initially as the Director responsible for Cybersecurity, and since 2020 as the Head of the CSIRT of the MOD and Deputy Commander of the Polish Cyber Command. He completed his service in the Ministry of National Defence in April 2024. While he was in charge of the CSIRT team of the MOD, no serious or critical incident was recorded in the systems of the Ministry of National Defence. In that time in Poland there were 739 days of Charlie CRP.
A frequent speaker at international conferences in the field of cybersecurity and ICT crime, publishing periodically in monographs on the subject. Associate lecturer at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution as well as Lazarski University.
