Founder and long-time coordinator of the International Security programme at the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM). In 2016–2017, she served as Deputy Director for Strategy at the Polish Armaments Group. Co-founder of the Polish chapter of Women in International Security. Author of numerous publications on NATO and EU security policies, peacekeeping operations, and security sector reform.
She has lectured at the University of Warsaw, Vistula University, Vizja University, the European Security and Defence College, the PISM Diplomatic Academy, the National School of Public Administration (KSAP), and the European Academy of Diplomacy. She has served as an OSCE election observer in Kosovo and Ukraine. Member of the expert group Security Sector Reform in the Southern Caucasus under the International Visegrad Fund project and the UN SSR Group.
A graduate of the University of Warsaw and Jagiellonian University. Alumna of the US State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program, the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN), the Swedish Defence University, and Harvard Business School.
