Since May 16, 2024, Anne-Sophie DHIVER has been appointed as the Deputy Head of VIGINUM, the French service in charge of detecting and analyzing foreign digital interference.
Anne-Sophie DHIVER is graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) and of the French War College as a Civilian Auditor.
After having started her career in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman, she joined the TF1 Group in 2008, where she developed new areas of business in technological and digital innovation.
In 2012, she joined Google France, where she supported major French and international groups in the digital transformation of their marketing and communications strategies. From 2018 to 2021, she supervised a team of analysts to lead a global research program to measure the impact and efficiency of digital marketing strategies. From 2021 to 2022, she joined Google France's Elections Task Force, dedicated to the fight against disinformation in the run-up to the French presidential election.
From 2022 to 2024, she led an international team in charge of one of Google’s major global partnerships in digital marketing. In parallel, from September 2023 to June 2024, she joined the French War College as a civilian auditor, in order to specialize in influence and cognitive warfare, by leveraging her knowledge of digital marketing.
