Over 21 years of professional experience in local government, including IT for public administration solutions. For 16 years, he has been managing teams and co-creating modern standards supporting management in local government administration, including in the areas of computerisation of public services, information security, public finances and personnel policy.

Since 30 April 2020, he has been the President of the Management Board of Śląska Sieć Metropolitalna sp. z o.o., which is the telecommunications operator for the City of Gliwice and operates in the following sectors: DATA CENTER services, telecommunications services, IT services, including NOC (SOC in preparation), video surveillance services, including acting as the operator of the Municipal Video Monitoring System for the City of Gliwice, acting as the operator of a broadband network and providing Internet access to approximately 100 municipal entities, acting as the operator of the Paid Parking Zone in Gliwice, managing the Gliwice Transfer Centre facility, and providing digital outdoor advertising services.

During this time, the Company redefined its objectives, focusing in particular on building a Cyber Shield for the City of Gliwice through activities such as ensuring secure telecommunications services and standardising ICT in municipal entities, while reorganising internal processes towards information security management in accordance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standard. Currently, it is preparing to create a SOC structure for the City of Gliwice, as well as to build a Data Processing Centre in accordance with class 3 of the EN 50600 standard. At the same time, it is preparing for the certification of an integrated security and business continuity management system in accordance with PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023-08 and PN-EN ISO 22301 standards.

She graduated from the University of Economics in Krakow, and then, as part of improving her managerial skills, she completed postgraduate studies in management and business psychology, as well as the first edition of Cyber Science Cybersecurity Management studies at the Silesian University of Technology.
