A graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology (2004) and the Warsaw School of Economics (2006). From 2004 to 2014, he worked as an analyst and programmer in various positions within Polish Armed Forces institutions responsible for the IT security of the Ministry of National Defence.

Between 2014 and 2017, he served as Senior Specialist in the Dedicated IT Systems Division of the Information Systems Inspectorate. From 2017 to 2021, he was Chief of the IT Command Support Systems Division at the IT Projects Centre, and subsequently continued in this role within the Polish Cyber Command from 2021 to 2025.

Since May 2025, he has served as Chief of the Artificial Intelligence Implementation Centre at the Polish Cyber Command.
